Back to the home planet! This buckwheat saison has notes of stone fruit and floral esters imparted by the yeast give this Saison a light, earthy hop character.

Close Encounters of the Hazier Kind: Episode III – Double hazy IPA 8.5% ABV 40 IBUs
This double dry hopped hazy IPA has notes of melon, cantaloupe, mango, strawberry, light pine. Semi sweet, full body, soft mouthfeel with slight alcohol warmth and light bitterness on the backend. Featuring Huell Melon, Belma, and Strata hops.

Astronaut Cookies Oatmeal Stout 5.0% ABV 33 IBUs
Astronaut Cookies Oatmeal Stout is classic oatmeal stout with roasted coffee flavors and aromas built on a toasted oatmeal base with mild nutty and chocolate notes. It is smooth and crisp on the palate with a medium-dry espresso finish. Astronaut Cookies is a stout that can be enjoyed year round!

Coffee Blonde Ale 5.5% ABV 30 IBUs
Made with Topeka ‘Zingo’ coffee. A light, clean beer with coffee aromatics and flavor. The aroma provides a combination of berry and roasty sensations. On the taste, you get more of the coffee flavor upfront and the maltiness of the beer on the finish.
Bourbon Oak Aged Imperial Stout- 10.5% ABV
Aged on a blend of bourbon soaked oak spirals for three months. Bourbon and oak aromas blend perfectly with the dark chocolate, hints of maple, and espresso from the malt. Clean bitterness and balanced sweetness with alcohol warmth on the end. Full body.
Sub Space Imperial Stout 10% 70 IBU
Strong chocolate flavors with roasted and caramel notes
Holiday Quad – Belgian 11% ABV 33 IBUs
Belgian Quad spiced with ginger and allspice. Ginger, raisin, and plum with a hint of allspice on the aroma. Caramel and medium toasted malt flavor with some allspice. Some alcohol warmth but not what you might expect from a 11 percent beer. The combination of flavors blend well together and each component adds to the others for a well rounded beer that has the backbone of a classic Belgian quad with a little holiday spirit.
